Having trouble registering?
- Please ensure that your email address is unique and has not already been used to register.
- If you are a speaker or sponsor, one of the World Orphan Drug Congress team members should already have registered you. Please contact them directly if there are any problems with your registration.

Event App & Meetings
How do I gain access to the official events app?
The World Orphan Drug Congress USA 2026 event app will be available for sponsors and exhibitors on April 28, 2026 and for all other attendees on May 5, 2026.
After downloading the Terrapinn Events app, you can log in with the same email you used for registration. Follow the instructions on the app to register for an account.
After registering to the app, you will be able to:
- View the attendee list
- View all exhibitors
- Make connections and network with other attendees by requesting meetings
- Build your personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in

What's the difference between Limited App Access and Full App Access?
We offer two levels of app access to help you get the most from your event experience.
Basic App Access (Limited App Access)

Access essential event information, including:
- Full agenda
- Floorplan
- Sponsors and exhibitor listings
- View and message exhibitors directly
- Designed for easy navigation and information access
- Limited App Access package does not include networking features (you cannot view or connect with other delegates or speakers)
- Unlock the full networking and engagement experience
- See and connect with all attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors
- Schedule 1-to-1 meetings to discuss collaborations and partnerships
- Send and receive messages with anyone in the app
- Enjoy access to all features for a seamless and interactive event experience
Can I request meetings with other attendees?
When the Terrapinn Events App launches prior to the event, all attendees will have access to the event app.
If you have a
Full App Access
pass, you can request meetings with all attendees.
If you have a
Limited App Access
pass, you will only be able to message exhibitors and sponsors. Please contact us

How do I receive my CPD certificate?
1. Scan the QR code at the World Orphan Drug Congress USA event on June 9 - 11, 2026
2. Input a few details to receive your customised certificate
3. Download your free personalised certificate and CPD credits.
Is there a dress code?
Our attendees typically dress in business attire at our events.
Can I bring my child?
Individuals under 18 will not be permitted entrance to the event.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not available. Please read our T&C's before purchasing your ticket(s) to the congress. You are able to transfer the ticket to a different name. Please contact charlotte.thom@terrapinn.com
