Please take the time to read through some of these frequently asked questions which will help you prepare for your sessions.

The event producer will pre-register you. You will then receive a link to a personalized registration form via email, which you must complete to confirm your attendance.
Your registration provides access to the entire 3-day congress, including all pre-congress workshops and networking events.
Log into your account at terrapinn.com/my-account . You can update your photo and bio directly, but changes to your name, title, or company must be sent to your producer.
Standalone presentations are 20 minutes total. We recommend preparing 15-17 minutes of content and leaving 3-5 minutes for Q&A.
Please use PowerPoint (.ppt) in 16:9 wide-screen format. PDF formats are discouraged for live presentations.
Panels are typically 40 minutes. They include a moderator introduction, interactive discussion between panellists, and 5-10 minutes for audience Q&A. Slides are strongly discouraged for panels.
Chairs tie the day together by opening/closing the track, introducing speakers, and facilitating Q&A. You will receive a detailed "chair pack" on-site to help manage the schedule.
Please arrive at your conference room 20 minutes before the networking break ends. This time is for checking slides with AV, meeting your chair, and familiarizing yourself with the equipment.
WODC USA 2026 is accredited by the CPD Certification Service. You can earn up to 26 hours by attending sessions. Certificates will be emailed within six weeks of the event.
Speakers are responsible for booking their own travel. Discounted rates are available through the official website.
