Sarah White, Executive Director, The MRCT Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital

Sarah White, MPH, has served as Executive Director of the MRCT Center since 2018, leading strategy, operations, and financial stewardship to advance the Center’s mission and expand its impact across the clinical research community. With more than 25 years of experience across large academic medical centers and industry, Sarah is a recognized leader in human subjects’ research.  Sarah leads the Center’s efforts in post-trial responsibilities and co-leads the Center’s global efforts to modernize regulatory and ethics committee systems, with a particular focus on scalable solutions in low- and middle-income countries. An expert in ICH GCP E6(R3) Good Clinical Practice, she leads the development of the official ICH E6(R3) training course, shaping capacity building and implementation of international standards in clinical research. Sarah brings a public health and quality improvement lens to her leadership, prioritizing the usability, impact, and adoption of the Center’s outputs across diverse stakeholders.
