Luis A. Rojas, PhD, is a Senior Research Scientist Statistician and executive leader in clinical development, regulatory-aligned evidence generation, and natural history data strategy. He serves as CEO and President of InCSD LLC and Vice President at Indication BioScience, with prior executive clinical development roles including Chief Clinical Development and Biometrics at Curyx Bio, and senior leadership positions across global CRO and analytics organizations including IQVIA, PAREXEL, and Caidya. Dr. Rojas specializes in development programs where heterogeneous disease progression, small sample sizes, endpoint validity, and interpretability are central constraints, and where fit-for-purpose trial design is essential for regulatory success. His work spans neurology, pediatrics, and multisystem disorders, with particular focus on external comparator frameworks, clinical outcome assessment (COA) strategy, adaptive design, and master protocols. He is an active thought leader and presenter on innovative trial design and modern evidence-generation approaches for rare and hard-to-study populations
