Chief Global Value & Access Officer Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Christoph Glaetzer is a leader in advancing the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine global strategy of transformational medical innovation, making accessible new medicines to prevent, treat and cure complex diseases including cancer, immune-related disorders, serious mental illness, cardiovascular disease, retinal disease and pulmonary hypertension. Christoph has more than 30 years of experience developing and implementing pharmaceutical market access strategies around the world, having worked and lived in Europe, North America and Asia. In his current position as Chief Global Value and Access Officer, he is responsible for the development and implementation of value and access strategies across the Innovative Medicine portfolio. Previous roles include the Head of a Johnson & Johnson Integrated Commercial and Access Strategy organization in Asia Pacific. He is an international thought leader and speaker on healthcare policy topics and regularly represents Johnson & Johnson at international forums and initiatives, such as IFPMA, PhRMA, EFPIA, ISPOR and HTAi) Christoph is a champion of innovative value and access concepts aimed to improve health outcomes globally. He holds a master’s degree in International Economics (Diplom Kaufmann), is a trained Health Economist and a certified nurse.
