Mohammad Ashique Elahi Mojumder is Associate Director and Head of Digital at Robi Axiata, where he leads large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the company’s key digital platforms. At Robi Axiata, he leads the digital transformation and adoption of telco digital self care with My Robi and My Airtel App. He and his team are committed towards ensuring growth in terms of MAU and digital revenue. His remit spans UX/UI, platform development, product lifecycle management, and digital growth strategy—focused on elevating customer experience and driving revenue through data-driven design and innovation.

Prior to Robi, Ashique held several senior digital and transformation roles at Banglalink, where he drove massive user adoption of the MyBL app and generated dramatic growth in app revenue. With nearly two decades of experience in the telecom sector—including leadership roles at Grameenphone and entrepreneurial success as the founder of a UX/UI startup—he brings a unique blend of product vision, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership.

Ashique holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka and a BBA in Finance from North South University. He is a certified usability analyst and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with award-winning work in digital innovation and mentorship in Bangladesh’s startup ecosystem.
