In her role as Settlement and Billing Collection Vice President, Augustriana is responsible for managing billing operation into invoicing for voice mobility service and carrier enterprise product/ services to ensure good cash collection level, which covering  Telin’s headquarter and subsidiaries settlement as well.

Augustriana holds Bachelor’s degree in Economy from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia and Master of Telecommunication Business Management from Management Institute Telkom, Indonesia. She also has certified in Financial Collection Professional – The International Centre for Professional Collections.

Augustriana has experienced many years in invoicing and collection since 2009 in Telin. During her service in Telin she also spent years acted as Central Billing Partner manager for the SEA US submarine cable consortium. Before joining Telin, Augustriana was in charge of  handling invoicing for single billing in Telkom Indonesia.
