She is both a certified COPC Customer Experience Performance Leader in Best Practices in CX Operations, and a COPC Professional Manager in Service Journey Thinking. Her expertise in customer journey mapping, experience design, data analytics, and voice of the customer programs have contributed to various business goals and helped deliver customer needs. She has also led cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction programs, leveraging actionable insights to transform customer pain points into long-term solutions.
