Dileep Agrawal is the Founder and Chairman of WorldLink Communications Ltd., Nepal’s largest Internet service provider (ISP), which he established in 1995 at the age of 22. Over the years, WorldLink has expanded its reach across Nepal, providing broadband and connectivity solutions to homes, businesses, and institutions.

A recognized pioneer in Nepal’s IT and telecommunications sector, Mr. Agrawal has been instrumental in driving digital transformation and frequently appears in both national and international media. Beyond WorldLink, he has co-founded multiple companies and non-profit organizations and actively serves on their boards.

In addition to his role at WorldLink, Mr. Agrawal serves as the Chair of the IT Council at the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI). He is also a Director at Advanced College of Engineering & Management and Veda App. He co-founded the Himalayan Climate Initiative, a civil society effort focused on climate resilience and sustainable development.

Mr. Agrawal holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Bates College, USA, and has pursued studies in international business at American University, Washington, D.C. He has also attended Clark University and Western Montana College. His expertise spans managing high-growth companies, incubating startups, corporate development, network architecture, and software design.
