With more than two decades of experience, Shehzad brings a unique blend of operational leadership and financial oversight. He previously served as Group Chief Internal Auditor at PTCL, and earlier held senior finance roles at K-Electric and Pakistan State Oil, including Deputy CFO and Chief Internal Auditor. He began his career at PwC as an audit associate.

A Chartered Accountant by training, Shehzad is known for applying financial discipline and internal control expertise to drive performance, innovation, and transformation across complex business environments.
