Marie-Laure Lepas is Deputy Managing Director of the Fonds de Développement du Service Universel (FDSU) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where she contributes to the organisation’s work to advance universal access to telecommunications and digital services.
She brings experience across strategy, project financing, programme management, financial oversight, audit, and risk management. Alongside her role at FDSU, Marie-Laure served as an advisor to the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and New Information and Communication Technologies of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with responsibility for financial missions and project management.
Prior to joining FDSU, she was Central Africa Director at LAfricaMobile. She previously spent several years with Actiris in Brussels, including as Audit Manager within its European Social Fund unit, where her work covered the financial management, control, and audit of European-funded programmes.
Marie-Laure is also the founder of Femm'In Tech, an initiative established in Kinshasa in 2017. She holds a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences from ICHEC Brussels Management School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and E-business from Haute École Lucia de Brouckère. Her expertise spans strategy, project financing and management, financial governance, audit, risk management, and organisational leadership.
