Dino Civitarese is Vice President, Asia Pacific at e&, Carrier & Wholesale Services, where he leads the company’s wholesale and international business activities across the region. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving strategic partnerships, international connectivity growth, and commercial engagement with carriers, digital service providers, and enterprise customers throughout Asia Pacific.

Dino brings more than 25 years of experience in the global telecommunications industry, with leadership roles spanning wholesale, carrier services, messaging, and international business development. Prior to joining e& in 2019, he served as Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of International Business at M800, where he helped expand the company’s international CPaaS and communications services business.

Earlier, Dino spent nearly a decade with Telecom Italia Sparkle, serving as Vice President Asia Pacific and Managing Director of Telecom Italia Sparkle Singapore. During this period, he led the company’s regional wholesale strategy, carrier partnerships, and international growth initiatives across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

His previous experience also includes senior leadership positions at Maxis Communications, Orient Telecommunications Networks, and TMI Telemedia International, where he managed carrier sales, wholesale operations, and regional business development across Asia.

Dino holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with a specialization in International Law from Sapienza University of Rome and has built a career connecting operators, carriers, and digital ecosystems across multiple international markets.
