With over 18 years of experience across Vodafone and Rakuten Mobile, he brings deep technical and leadership expertise spanning RAN, core, IPTX, cloud, and service quality. At Rakuten, he has spearheaded AI- and data-driven approaches to optimize capacity augmentation and performance monitoring—ensuring the network scales effectively with user demand and business growth.

Mahmoud also holds multiple patents in anomaly detection and capacity management, reflecting his hands-on innovation in modern telecom networks.
