Tushit Seth is the Director of Voice, Messaging & Mobility for APAC at e&, where he drives revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and business expansion across cloud communications, CPaaS, A2P messaging, IoT connectivity, and enterprise voice solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and cloud communications industry, he specializes in business development, sales strategy, and new market expansion.

At e&, Tushit is responsible for a $30 million revenue portfolio, overseeing new customer acquisition and market growth across industry verticals such as OTTs, contact centers, logistics, and digital-native companies. He has successfully scaled the CPaaS and mobility business, onboarded major enterprise clients, and expanded e&'s international roaming and messaging services.

Before joining e&, he held leadership roles at M800 Limited, Plivo, and Bankai Group, managing global sales, UCaaS, CPaaS, ITFS/DID, and enterprise voice services. His expertise includes optimizing sales pipelines, securing high-value RFPs, and driving digital transformation for telecom operators and enterprises.

Tushit holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University. He is also AWS-certified and actively contributes to discussions on CPaaS, A2P messaging, and cloud communications trends.
