Manish Kumar Sharma leads Telenor’s global sourcing strategy for networks, infrastructure, and data centres. Based in Singapore, he directs category management across the Telenor Group, managing over USD 300 million in annual spend and anchoring strategic supplier partnerships across Asia and Europe.

With two decades of telecom procurement experience, Manish has held senior roles across the operator, OEM, and infrastructure segments—including Telenor India, Indus Towers, Huawei, ZTE, and Siemens. He has led multi-market negotiations, contract governance, and smart city network rollouts, with deep expertise in supply chain optimisation, tower infrastructure, and energy-efficient network design.

At Telenor, he oversees global frame agreements, category boards, and procurement policy enforcement—delivering scale efficiencies and cost savings across the Group.
