Billy Lee Kok Chi is Chairman and CEO of CSF Advisers and Atlas CSF, with over two decades of leadership in the IT, cloud, data centre, and telecommunications sectors across Asia Pacific. A serial entrepreneur and widely respected data centre strategist, Billy has played a pivotal role in shaping Malaysia’s digital infrastructure landscape and advocating for regional competitiveness in cloud and digital services.

Billy was the founding chairman of the Malaysian Data Centre Alliance (MDCA) and previously served in multiple executive roles at Hitachi Sunway Group, including CEO of Hitachi Sunway Data Centre Services and Managing Director for Thailand operations. He has also founded and led multiple ventures, including Free Net, Hostpro2u, and Surf City, several of which were acquired by leading regional players.

Recognised for his expertise in managed services and cloud infrastructure, Billy frequently speaks at global conferences and serves as a global awards judge with BroadGroup. He is an Uptime Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) Expert Level and a TIA-942 Cretified Design Consultant (CTDC), and holds certifications in disruptive strategy from Harvard Business School Online and strategy & innovation from MIT Sloan.

Billy holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Washington State University.
