At AT&T, he oversees a global network of over 60,000 devices, ensuring high availability, compliance, and service quality. His previous leadership roles at BT Global Services, T-Systems, and IBM Network Solutions span managed services, vendor operations, infrastructure design, and project delivery across APAC and international markets.

Shyam holds a Master’s in Applied Economics & Business Management and has completed executive education in Operations Management from IIM Indore. He is certified in ITIL, CISM, and has received multiple service excellence awards for his leadership in telecom operations.
