Katrina Yap is the APAC Managing Director of Infocom Advisory Group, where she leads the firm’s regional market intelligence, research and strategy consulting activities. She brings more than 20 years of experience in B2B research and strategic advisory, with particular expertise across ICT, telecommunications and digital markets.

Her work focuses on helping organisations assess market opportunities, customer and competitor dynamics, and growth strategies across Asia Pacific. Within the ICT sector, she advises on areas including data centres, hyperscalers, AI ecosystems, enterprise ICT, 5G and FTTH, as well as market entry, B2B segmentation, customer experience, customer success and enterprise customer lifecycle strategies.

Katrina has been with Infocom since 2005, progressing from research and analyst positions to consulting and regional leadership. Alongside her APAC role, she leads global business development initiatives for Infocom Advisory Group and supports the development of new research and advisory capabilities, including the integration of AI into research methodologies.

She also serves as Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee of the Marketing and Opinion Research Society of the Philippines (MORES). In parallel with her corporate career, she has extensive experience in executive and leadership coaching through the Vanderpol Center for Leadership and Pastoral Formation.

Katrina holds an Executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and a Doctor of Theology in Clinical Pastoral Psychotherapy. Her expertise spans market intelligence, strategic advisory, ICT and digital transformation, customer and growth strategy, B2B research, and executive leadership.
