Syed Mustaqim Syed Yusoff is Head of People Department at IX Telecom, where he leads the company’s people strategy, organisational development, and talent management to support business growth.

He brings over 20 years of experience across telecommunications, IT infrastructure, and enterprise solutions. At IX Telecom, he has also held roles in Group Strategy and as a Global Solutions Consultant, giving him a well-rounded perspective across both commercial and organisational functions. His background includes presales leadership at BIT Group, as well as technical and engineering roles at Celcom and Telekom Malaysia, where he built deep expertise in mobile networks, wireless technologies, and IT systems.

Syed Mustaqim combines technical grounding with strategic and people leadership, with experience spanning mobile networks, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Multimedia University and a Master’s degree from the University of Malaya.
