Chirawat Mahawat is Vice President for the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) and Southeast Asia at HGC Global Communications, where he leads the company's wholesale telecommunications business and regional commercial strategy. He works closely with operators, carriers, and enterprise partners to expand connectivity services and strengthen HGC's presence across Southeast Asia.

He has more than 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with expertise spanning wholesale carrier services, satellite communications, international business development, sales leadership, and regional market expansion.

Chirawat has been with HGC Global Communications since 2004, playing a key role in developing the company's business across the Greater Mekong Subregion and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining HGC, he served as Sales Manager at Teleglobe, where he managed international carrier relationships and telecommunications services. Earlier in his career, he held product management and business development roles at Shin Satellite and Siamsat, contributing to the growth of satellite and telecommunications services in Thailand.

He began his career in business development and financial analysis, holding positions at Premiere Enterprise and PrimeFinance before transitioning into the telecommunications sector. His career reflects extensive experience across wholesale telecommunications, satellite communications, and regional business development, supporting operators and service providers throughout Asia.
