Inamullah Khan is the Project Director for the Implementation of Convergent Billing Solution (CBS) at Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL). He is responsible for leading one of PTCL’s largest IT transformation initiatives, focused on overhauling the company’s legacy systems and delivering a unified, next-generation IT landscape.

With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, Inamullah has extensive expertise in IT transformation, business support systems (BSS), enterprise architecture, and large-scale program delivery. In his current role, he oversees the end-to-end execution of PTCL’s CBS project, including solution design, vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, and governance.

Prior to leading this transformation initiative, Inamullah held key leadership roles within PTCL’s IT and digital domains, contributing to system modernization, service innovation, and digital customer experience enhancement.

He holds a background in engineering and technology management, and is recognized for his structured, result-oriented approach to complex IT and telecom projects.
