Mr. Inamullah Khan is Group Director IT Applications in PTCL (an OpCo of e&) with hands on experience of leading large-scale IT projects in the domain of BSS/OSS, BI & Data warehouse, ERP (SAP S/4 HANA), and leading operations of billing and charging services, ERP and other enterprise applications. As part of the IT BSS transformation program, he successfully implemented ‘Convergent billing and charging system’ in Dec-2023 which is integrated with 20+ BSS/OSS systems. Now from Aug-2024, he is leading another transformation project in the domain of OSS (Network Resource Inventory and Workforce Management) of the PTCL group (including all Mobile and Fixed line network). Previously he led Implementation of Enterprise Data Warehouse & BI Analytics Program in PTCL, the first successful BI initiative of the company. As a recognition, he was honoured 'Presidential excellence award' for leading the project. This solution was also presented in TM Forum (Brazil). He also played a pivotal role in the IT systems operations merger of PTCL (fixed line) and Ufone (mobile). Besides project management, he is also responsible for operations of billing and charging services, SAP, and enterprise applications. He holds a background in IT and technology management, and is recognized for his structured, result-oriented approach to complex IT and telecom projects.
