Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Devonport City Council, Jeff has led significant digital and organisational transformation initiatives, driving over 40 successful projects that have enhanced operational efficiency and community service delivery. His career spans roles including CIO and General Manager at WesTrac, where he implemented complex ERP and warehouse systems across Australia and China, and General Manager roles at Anderson Morgan and Shearwater Resort, where he delivered strategic growth, operational improvements, and cultural transformation. Jeff combines strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes with deep expertise in IT, project governance, continuous improvement, and change leadership.
