We prioritise sustainability by working only with suppliers who can demonstrate sustainable practices. We also design features with sustainability in mind, like reusing pallets for theatres from show to show.

NCCC’s catering team donates unused food to OzHarvest, serves water in reusable glasses, and provides recyclable packaging for boxed meals. Organic and low food mile menu items are available on request.

We have tracked carbon emissions from attendee travel, waste, and energy use, working toward reducing the event’s carbon footprint and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
