Shamil joined Silicon Motion as Senior Director of Enterprise Product Marketing and brings more than 15 years of experience in the Enterprise SSD and controller industry. He has a proven track record of driving strategic growth, customer engagement, and design wins with leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 data center and storage customers worldwide. Prior to joining Silicon Motion, Shamil held leadership roles at Seagate Technology, where he was responsible for Enterprise SSD strategy, account-specific pricing, next-generation product planning, and customer engagement. He worked closely with global cross-functional teams to accelerate product qualification, secure key design wins, and convert them into long-term revenue opportunities. Throughout his career, Shamil has developed extensive expertise in Enterprise storage solutions, SSD technologies, business development, and strategic account management.
