How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place at the best possible rate.

For exhibitors and sponsors looking to register their staff, please access the Exhibitor Manual under the 'Registration, Event App, Lead Retrieval' section. Here you can register your staff and guests based on your contract allowances. For cancellations or structural badge modifications, please contact katherine.oakey@terrapinn.com.

Is there an entry fee?

Fees apply for passes. Current ticket pricing can be found on our Registration Page . Exceptions are made exclusively for verified press passes and qualified end-user passes .

When and where can I collect my badge?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Closer to the event, an email containing your personalized QR code e-ticket will follow. Bring this code via printout or mobile device to the registration desk to collect your badge. (You can also find this QR code inside the FMS Event App under 'My Badge' starting 4 weeks before the event).

Badge Collection Hours:

  • Monday, August 3: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Pre-event badge pickup day; available for early arrivals and setup crews)
  • Tuesday, August 4 – Thursday, August 6: Registration desks open at 7:30 am daily.

How do I get to the venue?

There are three major airports within 5 to 37 miles making your trip to Santa Clara easy. If driving, the convention center features 1,500 dedicated parking spaces. You can also bypass traffic by utilizing the public light rail or regional bus networks; two transit stops drop off directly outside the center gates. Is parking available?

Yes, the venue features a fully equipped on-site parking garage with 1,500 spaces. Find out more on our Venue page.

Are there hotels nearby?

Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?

Yes, complimentary open Wi-Fi network services are available throughout the convention center layout. Signage with simple connection parameters will be deployed across the venue floor.

Are food and drinks available?

Complimentary tea, coffee, and water hospitality hubs will operate throughout the layout. Full access delegate tickets include access to daily catering halls. Concession food courts are accessible inside the hall for standard pass types.

Is there a coat check?

Yes, a secure operational cloakroom and coat check desk will function on live event days. We recommend large travel luggage pieces remain securely stored with your respective hotel concierge desks.

Where are the restrooms?

Ample multi-stall restrooms are situated across all facility zones, located just off the primary exhibition grid corners and adjacent to the presentation theaters.

Is there a prayer room?

Yes, a quiet, multi-faith prayer room space is located on site for all event attendees.

Where is lost and found located?

Missing items or recovered property assets should be reported or turned in directly to the Central Registration Desks.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

The convention center layout is broadly ADA-compliant and level. Dedicated public elevators provide effortless transit access up to the secondary meeting space floor tiers of the Santa Clara Convention Center.

Is there an event app?

Yes, registered attendees will receive access credentials for the official Future of Memory and Storage 2026 Event App . Use it to map out your custom schedules, bookmark essential tracks, and set face-to-face meetings. Download information can be referenced on the Event App Information Page .

Logins utilize the email submitted during registration. If needed, click the "Forgot Password / Magic Link" option on the initial prompt screen to refresh access credentials.

How can I arrange meetings with exhibitors?

You can seamlessly browse corporate profiles and message exhibitors directly within the Future of Memory and Storage 2026 Event App . For those with premium access, you can arrange 1 to 1 meetings with exhibitors and other attendees.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference program?

Yes, our program spans comprehensive technical content tracks and executive roundtables. Review the entire timeline by clicking over to our dedicated Conference Agenda matrix.

Where are the conference theaters?

All conference theaters, including the keynote theatres are located on the 1st floor of the Santa Clara Convention Center. Please see signage on site to find your desired room. Locations for each conference room are stated on each agenda session.

Do I need to pre-register for individual sessions?

Seat reservation for standard tracks is not required, but seating is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend configuring your priority list within the event app to keep your agenda optimized.

I'm a speaker – What do I need to do before or at the show?

Will presentations or recordings be available after the event?

Sessions may be recorded for marketing or research purposes. However they are not shared or available to view post-show. We highly encourage utilizing the event app to exchange details directly with speakers to request follow-up insights.

Where can I confirm my assigned booth number?

Exhibiting groups can easily confirm their parameters through the 'Your Stand' panel inside the Exhibitor Manual . While on site, references can be checked via the interactive Floor Plan on our mobile site portal or via directional signage maps at hall entranceways.

How do I manage utility updates (Electricity, Rigging, Furniture)?

All core operational management assets are centralized within specialized portals in your manual:

Can I have materials shipped directly to the venue?

No, the venue will reject direct freight drop-offs. All material handling and early logistical arrival items must be channeled through our official freight logistics partner, Freeman. Instructions can be tracked via the shipping area inside the Exhibitor Manual .

Can I bring outside catering into the exhibition hall?

No. Outside catering drop-offs are strictly prohibited by venue policy. All booth hospitality choices, popcorn machines, espresso bars, or alcohol provisions must be coordinated through the exclusive venue catering vendor. Options are detailed inside the Catering Service Link .

What is the dress code for the event?

Professional business casual attire is appropriate for all conference tracks, panel groups, and exhibition floor zones.

When and where can I access event photography?

Official event gallery highlights will be compiled and uploaded to the website gallery space post-show. A comprehensive link notification will be broadcast to all registered badges roughly one business week after the conclusion of the event.
