Panel: Why is Your Lab Scaling Tasks Instead of Systems?

  • People tend to automate unit operation in silos without looking at the broader, end-to-end workflow- How do you prevent teams from falling into the trap of siloed automation?
  • How do you bring structure to a flood of automation requests from different teams?
  • What frameworks do you use to prioritize which workflows get automated first?
  • What are the biggest change management hurdles when introducing automation that disrupts legacy ways of working, and how do you overcome them?
