Brittany Bartley-Williams is a rural-rooted leader who grew up on a farm in West Central Texas, where she cultivated an early love for agriculture, grit, and service through FFA and 4H. She has devoted her life to designing pathways out of generational poverty—starting in her own family and now scaling those systems across rural Texas and beyond. After earning a B.S. in Biology from Texas Tech University in 2003 and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership in 2015, Britt is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Agricultural Education at Texas Tech. Her research and life’s work center on rebuilding rural economies by connecting education, workforce, and community through scalable, sustainable models. As Chief Partnerships Officer for Collegiate Edu‑Nation, Britt leads statewide strategy through initiatives like EPIC, Edu‑REACH, and the Big Country Rural Healthcare Hub. She designs postsecondary and workforce systems that equip both students and adults to thrive. Her mission is clear: to reignite the economic engine of rural communities by cultivating homegrown talent, meaningful careers, and purpose-driven prosperity. Britt brings firsthand experience as an educator, entrepreneur, and coach. She is passionate about giving back to rural communities, advising local leaders, and helping women reclaim their identity after trauma. She leads with heart, strategy, and a deep sense of calling. Her hometown is still her heartbeat—and her work is living proof that rural doesn’t mean behind. It means ready.
