Connected America 2025 will be held at the Irving Convention Center, a LEED® Silver-certified facility recognized for its high-performance green building design and operation, ensuring environmentally conscience events.

ACCESSIBILITY
The Irving Convention Center is designed for full accessibility, featuring ground-floor events with convenient elevator access to upper levels. It provides curbside drop-offs and sidewalk curb cut-outs for individuals with mobility challenges, as well as wheelchair-accessible restrooms, drinking fountains, and telephones. Large-format digital signage is strategically placed throughout the venue to share event information and updates, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.

The venue is located in Las Colinas, conveniently connected to the DART Rail Orange Line, enabling attendees to travel sustainably from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. For those taking taxis, we recommend using greener options when selecting your vehicle type.

Total Telecom collaborates with contractors like Freeman, renowned for sustainability and accessibility, holding ISO 20121 and ISO 14001 certifications. Freeman is also a founding member of the Net Zero Carbon Events initiative, reinforcing its commitment to minimizing event carbon footprints.

PAPERLESS INITIATIVE
Total Telecom has adopted a fully paperless approach, significantly reducing paper waste, energy consumption, and transportation emissions while exploring innovative communication methods. All event information including the conference program can be found on the event app.

CARBON EMISSIONS TRACKING

Since 2023, Total Telecom has tracked carbon emissions from attendee travel, waste, and energy use, working toward reducing the event’s carbon footprint and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
