I graduated from the University of Sydney in 2005. I’ve worked in small animal practice in both emergency and general practice. In 2022 I passed membership exams to the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists, in Veterinary Behaviour. I am currently the lead veterinary surgeon at New Lambton Veterinary Clinic and Wallsend Veterinary Hospital in Newcastle. 
I live with my husband and 3 kids, as well as a Kelpie called Dorothy and a Bengal cat named Lala. In my spare time I love swimming at the beach and going on multi-day hikes.
