Ms. Priyanka Mehrotra is an experienced project finance professional specializing in renewable energy financing and advisory across Asian markets. She currently serves as Investment Director at Mirova, leading investments for emerging-market impact projects through private debt funds focused on sustainable energy transition in Asia.

Prior to joining Mirova, Ms. Mehrotra held leadership roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where she directed project finance initiatives, and at KPMG Global Infrastructure Advisory, where she provided end-to-end advisory services for infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, capital structuring, and debt advisory, with a focus on power and telecom sectors.

Ms. Mehrotra began her career in engineering and technology, working at LSI Research India and Texas Instruments, gaining hands-on experience in technical project management and team leadership. She holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the National University of Singapore and completed a program in Sustainable Finance at the University of Cambridge.
