Odelin Baudouin | Deputy Director
Novasia Energy (Groupe Duval)

Mr. Odelin Baudouin is Deputy CEO of Novasia Energy, now part of Ukko Renewable under Groupe Duval. Based in Vietnam, he is involved in the development and growth of renewable energy projects across Southeast Asia, with Novasia Energy managing a pipeline of wind, solar, and hydropower projects totaling approximately 1.6 GW.

Prior to joining Novasia Energy, Mr. Baudouin worked at Mirova, where he focused on energy transition investments, serving as Associate Investment Manager and previously as Investment Analyst within the firm’s Energy Transition Funds team in Paris. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in infrastructure and energy finance through roles at International Finance Corporation, EDF, and French advisory firm 2J Finance.

Mr. Baudouin holds an engineering degree in Energy Resources from École Centrale Paris, alongside a Corporate Finance track qualification from ESSEC Business School. He also earned a Master’s degree in Energy, Environmental and Transport Economics from AgroParisTech.
