Ms. Phạm Thị Xuân Trang is the Human Resources Manager at Verdant Energy, bringing more than nine years of HR leadership experience across renewable energy, EPC, and clean-tech companies in Vietnam. Her expertise spans recruitment, HR business partnering, workforce planning, compliance, and people development for both office and project-site environments.

Before joining Verdant Energy, Trang spent over five years with LYS Energy Group, where she supported end-to-end HR operations during the company’s expansion in Vietnam’s rooftop solar market. She previously served as HR/Admin Manager at Sterling & Wilson and Kumho E&C, overseeing payroll, C&B, workforce compliance, work-permit/visa processes, and manpower management across multiple large-scale construction and energy project sites.

Trang holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the UEH – International School of Business. She is passionate about shaping capable, purpose-driven teams that support Vietnam’s accelerating clean-energy transition.
