Ms. Thanh Loan brings over 20 years of experience in the human resources industry, specializing in payroll services and HR consulting. She began her career with Manpower Vietnam in 2011 and currently serves as Senior Operations Manager, Staffing & Outsourcing and HR Consulting Services in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Prior to joining Manpower Vietnam, Ms. Loan gained extensive experience at leading local HR firms (BCC & HR2B) and managed compensation and benefits at Sanofi, one of the top three pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam. 

Ms. Loan possesses in-depth knowledge of labor law and brings extensive experience in consulting on Vietnam’s labor market and career transition advisory, particularly for mid-level and senior-level individuals, with a focus on green sectors and sustainable employment models. 

Key achievements include designing compensation structures for manufacturing and office functions, advising on labor strategies, and supporting organizations in developing HR policies aligned with green workforce development.
