Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Khoa is a highly qualified professional with a Master of Engineering in Electrical Systems. Currently serving as a dedicated educator, he has been a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City Electric Power College (HEPC) since 2000. 

Beyond his teaching role, Mr. Khoa holds a significant position as a Member of the Vietnam Energy Science Council (VESC), showcasing his commitment to advancing the field. His expertise extends to various aspects of energy, including noteworthy experiences such as serving as a Lecturer in the Solar Power program (EVN-GIZ-RENAC) in 2020 and being appointed as a Member of the Scientific Council for the Vietnam Energy Journal in 2021. 

Throughout his career, he has accumulated valuable insights from international internships and projects, including involvement in nuclear power initiatives in Japan and Hungary, as well as contributions to the operational framework program for thermal power plants in Vietnam. 

With a diverse and extensive background, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Khoa continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the energy landscape in Vietnam.
