Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Thủ is Founder & CEO of BKT Capital Holdings, where he focuses on investment and business building across emerging sectors in Vietnam.

He brings over a decade of experience in finance and investment banking, having previously worked at institutions including UBS, State Street, and VinaCapital. His expertise spans private equity, investment strategy, and scaling businesses.

In addition to his role at BKT Capital, he is Co-Founder of Twohearts Technologies and Founder of The Joi Factory, a plant-based food company in Vietnam. Earlier in his entrepreneurial journey, he co-founded a social travel company that grew to over 700 employees across multiple cities and raised nearly USD 6 million in funding.

Mr. Thủ holds a degree in Finance and Philosophy from Boston College and is actively engaged in building ventures that contribute to Vietnam’s economic development.
