Ms. Mai Thị Nguyệt Ánh is Manager, Consulting at KPMG Vietnam, specializing in ESG strategy, sustainability advisory, and corporate impact initiatives.

With experience spanning ESG consulting, corporate responsibility, and sustainable business transformation, Ms. Ánh has worked closely with organizations on sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, natural climate solutions, and ESG integration across business operations.

Prior to joining KPMG Vietnam, she held ESG and corporate responsibility roles at Harbour Energy and Premier Oil Vietnam Offshore B.V., where she focused on developing natural carbon offset initiatives, advancing community impact programmes, and supporting ESG reporting and partnerships in Vietnam. Her work included collaborating with local and international NGOs, businesses, and stakeholders on sustainability and environmental initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Ánh worked in finance and accounting at Premier Oil, providing her with a strong foundation in corporate operations and business management before transitioning into sustainability and ESG leadership roles.

She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Sustainable Business from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. She also holds certification in CSRD Fundamentals, with expertise covering ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, corporate responsibility, and impact-driven business practices.
