Tilia Gode is Waymo’s Head of Risk & Insurance, where she is helping build the world's most experienced driver. Tilia and her team use their insurance and actuarial expertise to help the advancement of Waymo’s technology stack and develop innovative risk management solutions.    Prior to joining Waymo, Tilia was the  Global Head of Analytics for AIG’s Client Risk Solutions (CRS). In this role she led a team of data scientists, actuaries, developers and engineers working on building the Client Risk Solutions analytical capabilities across commercial lines.    In addition to her work at Waymo, Tilia is also a co-founder and advisor of Voxel AI, a company that embeds computer vision algorithms into existing security cameras to help identify safety hazards that lead to accidents and injuries.    She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from William Paterson University and a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Columbia University.  She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
