Simon has over twenty years of experience in business transformation roles across Financial Services, Life Insurance, and General Insurance.

In 2016, Simon joined JLR as part of Global Financial & Insurance Services and advanced to the role of Head of Insurance Services in 2020. His mission is to redefine the company's retail insurance services by collaborating with partners to create compelling branded products and services.

Outside of work, Simon is a dedicated family man, actively involved in various activities with his two boys, ranging from sports to music and everything in between.
