Sebastien is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of international experience driving growth in data and technology businesses across EMEA. As Vice President Sales EMEA at Mobilisights — Stellantis’ Data as a Service Business Unit  —he leads the regional commercial strategy, having built and structured the Sales & GTM organization since joining in January 2023.  
Under his leadership, Mobilisights has accelerated customer acquisition and expanded its portfolio across fleet management, Usage Based Insurance (UBI) and aggregated anonymized data solutions. 
Before joining Stellantis, Sebastien’s occupied different leadership functions at the crossroad of business and technology in multiple industries like Telecommunication, Business & Legal tech and more recently the geospatial industry with 16 years at HERE Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s Geospatial services across EMEA. 
Sebastien brings a global perspective and deep expertise in commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and data-driven innovation.
