Sebastian Polly is a partner in our Hogan Lovells Munich office and co-heads our global Automotiveand Mobility sector. Sebastian’s key focus is on product liability, product safety and product compliance law. He is particularly experienced in the automotive, mobility as well as the technology and electronics industry. Sebastian has assisted numerous clients with the rollout of innovative products, incl. automated and autonomous vehicles. He assesses legal risks, develops preventive liability mitigation strategies and is experienced in dealing with homologation and market entry requirements such as UNECE, GTR and CE.
