His journey includes notable positions in Fleet, Enterprise Software sales and as Vice President of a Hollywood IP-based Game Developer, reflecting his adaptability across varied domains. Rob's expertise extends across global organizations, where he has excelled in relationship building, distribution strategies, pioneering new platforms and business models, and adeptly managing partnerships and brands. His career trajectory has taken him from the dynamic landscapes of IT, Telecommunications, Video Games, and Media & Entertainment markets, to the Automotive and Fleet sector. In his current capacity, Rob oversees one of the UK's largest mixed vehicle fleets, encompassing 10,500 passenger and commercial vehicles within Centrica PLC. He is the driving force behind the strategic direction, financial management, and required systems and process change to deliver a fit for purpose Fleet for the centrica group of companies. Moreover, Rob is instrumental in crafting and executing the Future Net Zero vehicle fleet strategy across the entirety of Centrica PLC's business operations. With his varied industry knowledge and innovative approach gleaned form multiple sectors, Rob continues to steer Centrica PLC towards enhanced delivery of its Fleet operations while championing sustainability and growth initiatives accross the whole of Centrica organisation.
