A Chartered Accountant with an MBA, Rebecca began her career in finance before transitioning into customer-focused leadership roles within the retail sector. Her expertise in both finance and customer experience has been instrumental in strengthening GRIDSERVE’s customer-centric approach. Since joining the company, she has driven initiatives that have enhanced customer satisfaction and contributed to a Trustpilot score of 4.5*.
