Nothing worthwhile comes easy. The tougher the journey, the greater the rewards – the biggest lesson from my two-decade journey pursuing change, transformation and impact.   As the Managing Director at MTR Lab, I am privileged to lead a mission to build a smarter and greener future for our communities. This isn’t a trend, a fad, or simply the next big thing. This all about driving action and impact. This is our promise to commit every day to creating a truly collaborative platform that benefits people, businesses, and the planet. We aim to unite communities, build ecosystems, spark innovation, and nurture technology investments to their fullest potential.  Beyond the superhero quest for a better planet, I also double-up as a corporate strategist at our parent group. As General Manager of Corporate Strategy for MTR Corporation; I channel my passion for transformative change into steering long-term sustainable growth by exploring and experimenting new strategies, plus facilitate acquisitions and transactions. 
 
My journey has taken me through various industries  including retail and distribution; fast-moving consumer goods; funds and asset management; to banking and finance and business consulting. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a versatile skill set that I bring to my dual roles today. It's been a continuous quest for learning and exploration. Proud of being relentless (and possibly an eternal annoyance to others!) in seeking solutions to tackle challenges. Starting as a chartered financial analyst, I've expanded my expertise to include field sales, customer journey design, government relations, and corporate finance, strategy and planning.   And where did this all begin? Schooled in Hong Kong and Sydney, Australia, I graduated from University of New South Wales, later earned an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and HKUST, then entered the working world as a financial analyst and hit a major career milestone reached a significant milestone by becoming a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. I am also qualified as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and Financial Risk Manager.
