Jan Strehmann is responsible for transport and economic policy at the German Association of Towns and Municipalities (DStGB) in Berlin. As part of his work for the municipal think tank Innovators Club, he also promotes exchange between those responsible from local authorities, politics, business and science on the digital transformation of cities and regions. Jan Strehmann has been working for the DStGB since 2019. Previously, he was responsible for the Smart City division at the digital association Bitkom and worked as an urban and regional developer for the city of Wolfsburg.
