Energy Saving Trust is the Lead partner for the delivery and administration of the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) scheme and Onstreet Residential Chargepoint Scheme (ORCS). Working closesly with delivery partners Cenex and PA Consulting, on behalf of the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV).
