Florent Roulet is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group. Florent joined Stifel in 2025 through its acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co, where he was Partner. With over 20 years of experience advising companies in the TMT space, Florent has held roles at several renowned financial institutions, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, GP Bullhound, and UBS. Over the years, he honed his dealmaking skills and entrepreneurial mindset, culminating in the co-founding of NOR Capital in 2015, which was sold to Bryan, Garnier & Co in 2023. Florent holds a Msc. in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School.
