With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial industries, Cristina has held key leadership roles across major global organizations. Currently serving as Global Business Development Manager for Global Strategic Partnerships at Allianz Partners HQ, she specializes in expanding the New Mobility and Micro Mobility sectors, securing partnerships with companies like Bolt, Cooltra, and Lime.

Previously, she led Assistance Sales at Allianz Partners Italy, overseeing multiple segments and managing a team of sales people. Her tenure at Allianz also includes roles as Head of Banks & Insurance, Sales and Business Development Manager for Southern Europe.
Prior to Allianz, she was Head of Insurance at Barclays Italy, responsible for product development and sales across multiple channels. She also held senior positions at Citibank, AIG, and CHUBB, driving business growth through innovative insurance solutions.

Cristina holds a degree in Marketing from Bocconi University and a Master’s in Insurance Products from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. She has furthered her expertise through executive programs at INSEAD and Allianz Partners Academy.

As an avid sports enthusiast, she has a passion for skiing, golfing, and running, embracing an active lifestyle whenever possible.
