Over 30 years experience within the Fleet maintenance and Engineering space, primarily focussed on compliance, standards and specification that achieves an ever changing target in terms of vehicle efficiency, safety and regulatory requirements.   From 2019 I have been project lead for decarbonising the Distribution and Dot Com fleet of vehicles so that Tesco can meet it's carbon reduction commitments. This has included providing solutions for vehicle applications and infrastructure for both low emission and zero emission vehicle types.   The Logistics arena of which I am proud to be a part of is fascinating and in a fast paced state of change attempting to transition in 10 years from fossil fuel operations to zero emission. It is only by sharing data and discussing fleet operators concerns that we can all move forward and meet these challenging targets together.
