Chris Holmes is the Transport and Logistics Technology Lead at UKTIN (UK Telecommunications Innovation Network). Chris has a strong background in engineering and innovation, having had leadership roles in Automotive Engineering at Ford, Ricardo and JLR. The last 6 years he has been working in the public sector leading various digital programmes in Transport and Smart Cities working with central and local government. He is an independent technology and business consultant providing support for innovation and programme delivery.

As a moderator on "Using connected tech to improve road-traffic safety" he will bring his own insights and be joined by experts from organisations leading in road safety.
