Carlos Mateo Martín is the current Mobility Director of EMT, Madrid PTO. EMT Mobility Directorate manages several mobility-related services: a network of parking facilities (currently under an ambitious redesign process to turn them into a mobility-hub network), BiciMAD - the Madrid public e-bike sharing system, “MadridMobility360” - the city MaaS Platform, the city towing service and the city cable car. Carlos Mateo has also wide experience in bus operation and today he works to leverage a global mobility transformation in Madrid.
